What languages are setup guides and software available in?

Our products are available only using the English language, however, they will work on Operating systems which are not set to use English as the default language.

How do I Place an Order?

Find your product, add it to basket, go to checkout, enter delivery and invoice details, make payment.

 

What payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit and debit card and Paypal.

 

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery varies depending on your location. For exact cost of delivery, please add the product you are interested in to your basket and select your location.

 

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

This depends on your location.  Orders will usually be shipped within 2 working days of receiving an order.  Destinations within the UK will normally take up to 2 working days to arrive, Europeon orders will take up to 10 working days to arrive, orders outside Europe may take longer.  If delivery time is a concern to you please contact us before placing your order.

 

Cancellation, Returns and Complaints

What right do I have to cancel or return my order?

You may cancel any time within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us via the contact form on our website informing us of your order number and your wish to cancel.  You will be responsible for returning the order via registered post to an address provided to you. You must return your order within 14 days of informing us you wish to do so.  You will receive a refund within 14 working days of us receiving the returned product and verifying that it has not been damaged by you.
